Our Vision

The Wanderers RFC vision is to be recognised as a:
  1. Progressive regional NSW Rugby club in the areas of playing, coaching, development, and administration.
  2. Broadly attractive forum for social interaction among and between each of the Senior, Junior, Women playing and non playing members and Supporters.
  3. An efficiently managed, not for profit organisation that delivers value to its members and the immediate community.
Our measures of success are:
  1. Players, coaches, sports trainers, and administrators actively seek to join and participate.
  2. The number of non playing members is equal to or greater than the number of playing (senior, junior and women) members.
  3. We are self funding and sufficiently profitable to deliver the preceding outcomes.
Our values:
  • Proficient – we are skilful and efficient
  • Leadership – we provide valuable leadship experiences
  • Progressive – we strive to develop the quality of our Rugby and Administration performance
  • Dynamic – we are proactive in adapting to changing needs and circumstances
  • Participative – we are inclusive and responsive
  • Social / Fun – we are out to enjoy ourselves, individually and collectively.
