women in rugby
There’s a stellar line up of women coming along to the Blue Room to talk all things rugby:
Kym Knight is the secretary of NSWCRU, the U14 Team Manager and the NSWCRU Under 17 girls coach. Her background is in athletics as a sprinter; and she’s fast, she qualified for the 200m Final at Nationals! Kym originally started playing rugby for Singleton, moved to Merewether Carlton and then on to Parramatta. She has played representative rugby for NSW Country, the NSW state team and was selected in the train-on squad for the Wallaroos.
Who better than these ladies to explain the Laws of rugby, answer questions about injuries and recovery and talk about rugby pathways and player development with our Women of Wanderers?
